I found around 60 kb in one partition of my hard disk after running checkdisk.

I also hear some sounds coming out of it, how to resolve the problem ?

try use hdd regenerator app to fix. but this can't guarantee all bad sector will be fixed.

and now ur hdd have some sound coming out, that's mean hdd motors was not good anymore. betters backup ur files before u hdd stop working.
