GPS Navigation Software for Windows Mobile™ based PDA/PNA devices and Smartphones featuring stunning 3D navigation
with outstanding graphics of buildings, landmarks, and entire cities. This version has been extracted from Samsung SGH-i780 SmartPhone PDA
and despite the fact that it has been patched to work both on PDA and PNA, PNA users can still experience some anomalies so use it at your own risk!

Method 1 (patch only): - if you already have the complete iGO8 package, download the archive containing only the patched executable, license and data.zip.

Pass: ppcwarez1. Download, unrar the package and overwrite the executable in your device with the supplied patched one.
2. Replace your data.zip with the supplied one.
3. Place the license file into the \iGO8\License folder. Delete any other license file present in that folder.

Method 2 (full PDA package) - installation from SD Card using Autorun (recommended for PDA users only!)

1. Download and unrar the content of the archive to your SD Card.
2. Insert the SD Card, iGO autorun should pop-up. Follow the onscreen installation instructions.

Method 3 (full PNA package) - for PNA users and devices with Internal Storage only (HTC Touch Diamond)

1. Unrar the content of the archive into your internal flash drive
2. Open SYS.TXT file located in your IGO8 directory and add modify it as per the code below (for users running iGO from SD Card no modification's needed)
3. Launch the application either from the File Explorer or create a Program Shortcut (using i.e. Totalcmd CE)

app="Internal Storage/iGO8"NOTE: Not all devices use "Internal Storage" to identify it's internal flash drive. Especialy users with localized versions of WM OS must change the Internal Storage name as per it's translation to local language i.e. Internal Storage in French version of WM6 will be "Stockage Interne". Check this with your File Explorer prior modifying your SYS.TXT

Samsung Omnia i900 it's a PDA too. I think u must edit your sys.txt like in Diamont

Everything used to work perfect. After I update I cannot search for the full Postcode (UK)anymore just for the first 4 digits. I do not understand what acctualy happend. Any help would be appreciated.

I've installed this with Australia maps on my Omnia i900... how do I set it up? I've autodetected the gPS.. but when I try to navigate to somewhere it just stays on "Waiting for GPS signal"...

hi to the list,
first apologize if has been already discussed.
I have installed the igo8 on my car stereo which has an 7" screen.
When i go to run the appligation i get the splash screen of the Igo8
then i get the following error:

FAILED TO OPEN FILE:
UI.IGO8/480_234/MAIN_SCHEME.UL
EXITING APPLICATION.

Clcking on the OK of the error, the program goes out.
please anybody can help me to solve the problem?
If i need to download the skin or other file to correct the problem,
Please can you tell me which one/s and where to get it?

Perfect. iGO Goes like a dream on my iPAQ 214 PDA WM Ver 6. This is my first Post and I hope someone may have the answer to this question: How can I get my old iGO My Way 2006 version to boot up as sweet as this when SD is inserted instead of using File Explorer, and to shutdown without messing up the screen?
