Here is Makayama's Touch Browser.

It's a PPC browser that uses pocket internet explorer as the rendering engine.

Instructions to Download:

1. Download the file from this link ([Only registered and activated users can see links]).

2. Within the zip file, there is a file called TouchBrowser.1.1.3.cab. Install that to your device.

3. Start the application in start>programs>touchbrowser.

4. It will ask you for your name and key. For your name, just put whatever you want.

5. For the key, put 65514393 .

6. Enjoy.

Has anyone else confirmed this? Seemingly not, since I'm the second person to reply, I'll try and post my results as well. :)

Edit: Nevermind, I changed my mind about bothering with this application after doing some browsing around. I find its too much of a hassle to load a program on top of PIE for a few enhanced features. :-\
