After using several versions of blackberry connect for my htc touch diamond...few of them forced me for a hard reset,,

this version worked great with all the necessary functionality for blackberry that i used to have on my old phone ?( ie blackberry curve)

just u need to reauthorize ur new handset with ur service provider to be able to receive the service list...

cheers

Great deal man. The previous version I downloaded somewhere didn't allow me to install it on my device.

guess its on the settings which says either delete your email and appointments from the device only or from the device and server.....give it a recheck

cheers

The problem is that I don't find nothing like "delete your email and appointments from the device only or from the device and server" I'm just find settings in Start/Configuration and then at the tag of system ang click on the Bb icon...
and at this area I can't find nothing regarding erase messages or...

It's a little hidden.
Go to:
Start
Settings
System tab
Blackberry-Services tab
Click on "BlackBerry [CMIME]"
Synchronization tab

Hi everyone,

I have diamond but I didn't use blackberry services before.
Do i need some service from my network provider or I can
setup blackberry only with this program?
Thanks in advance.

@popsrle
Your provider needs to enable BB for you

confirmed run on TouchPro. but it seems I can't make it work with my carrier. It can't connect to blackberry server.

Anyone in Indonesia can connect to blackberry server using non-BB device?

tq before!

Works fine on my HTC Diamond

@XueDPanda
If your carrier doesn't do BB, neither an actual Blackberry nor a PPC running BB Connect will work.
Read the thread above.

Sorry, is this push email by blackberry servers?

Yes, you need BB servers to be pushing the email out.
(Though I think that the PPC will be polling those servers)

Read the thread above. Yes, my carrier support blackberry service. But I have to be subscribed to this service and pay per months.

I uninstalled this application after I get my windowslive id clarified. I need push email service, and apparently windows live could do just enough :D

Raphael (a.k.a TouchPro/FUZE) user can install this app without fear of hard reset, I have confirmed this on my Raphael.

I use both Windows Live (personal) and BB (work).
The BB is confusing & is difficult to set up and maintain.
Windows Live is simple & easy to look after.
If you can avoid BB, then do so!
