Not noticed anything new so far and just like the N95 & N95 8GB updates it hasn't gained any menu transitions.

Also like the N95 annoyingly "Search: Internet and My content" now occupies 2 lines on the screen.

I'm assuming it includes the full ngage client because of the 123mb file size. I'd previously unistalled ngage and thank to UDP it seems to have remembered that. But I may be wrong.

I'll let you know if I spot any other changes.

Sorry bro but that's not the case. I just finished updating mine and it still has the old N-gage application.

Share Online is added to stanby screen and that's about it. I have not noticed anything different yet.

just installed, it seems faster but i haven't noticed nothing of new, except "My Nokia" app...the only bad note is that there isn't any way to hack it :S :confused:

I'm going to try it with the updated TRK app.

sure that there WILL be one :D, already tried trk 2.8.9 but secmen doesn't recognize the phone :( so it's useless atm...already tried the hellocarbide way too but the result it's the same :P hope that some1 will find a working way soon :):ilove:

I've noticed a different way to rotate the screen...in the old fw when the screen wsa rotating the icons disappeared and then reappeared in the rotated screen...now the rotation is much more faster coz it directly rotates the screen but imo is too sensitive...if you have noticed this change plz let me now, it could be just my impression ^^

Just tried it based on your reply ... you're absolutely right. Much much faster and smoother. :)

today playing with my n82 i think to have found something out...

- Camera startup faster
- Music plyaer quality is better when you use headsets
- Better video recording quality
- VERY fast startup
- Faster when opening the gallery
- Realplayer plays FLV files!!!
- New visualizations in music player
- Battery lasts more time
- Flash lite works better when using in the web browser, like in youtube

i just done update firmware. There is no new visualizations, but music sounds gr8! :excited: Gallery opening speed is the same like previous. Better quality of recorded videos (for special attention deserve end of recorded video - there is no turn off sound or camera shake visible at the end). Now i check hacking possibilities...

EDIT: AppTRK and HelloCarbide installs with no probs :excited:

Thats true. I was trying everything with many combinations, but with no resluts. Only what we can do is wait for some new hacks...

Chcecked and prooved: Hacking N82 with HelloOX 1.01 works in 100% and is easiest than m old metod with HelloCarbide or/and BiNPDA SecMan. Trust me. I have done it! :wave:
