HI guys ,
heres the prob , whenever i switch on my pc a screen comes which states
"CMOS checksum bad
Pres F4 to continue "
when i press F4 the setup opens up and i have to reset my system time everytime.

will i have to change my cmos battery or is there some other problem???

set the time properly and shut down ur pc for a couple of minutes without turning off ur AVR/UPS, to check if the CMOS saved ur settings, if yes, u have to change the battery. If not, ur board is in trouble.

It is just the battery. Do what leianleian says.

Remove the battery then put it back firmly.
