Have you tried to reinstall the motherboard driver?

I still prefer SP2 than SP3.

You said that it is new & not working properly with xp sp2 or sp3.

The tech guy must not recomend to use sp3 because it must work even on sp2.

If you properly install driver, I guess it is a deffective board or mismatch hardware / installer.

You should not encounter any problems with it since it is new.

Bring it back where you bought it.

Thanks for the Reply MYK,

I have an Internal Card Reader also fixed to the motherboard when i disabled it the USB drivers where working fine.

Now the Card Reader is not working..........

I have planned to take up the card reader to the dealer and get checked now there is no problem with regarding to my Motherboard everything works fine.

Once again thanks for ur time and advice myk......

Cheers
Ally
