Sorry, but I must warning all who have latest iTunes and firmware 2.1!
When using this soft and uploud something (like music or USB storage data),
then iTunes stop recognize your iPhone and only (by me) possible reason is RESTORE :-(

not really, you don't have to restore the phone, all you need to do is to
change (take a backup) or remove the itune control files inside the iphone/
ipod touch. Though, you'll lose your music, nevertheless, your contacts and other things will be inside the phone. I've tried this and its works for sure.

IMHO, this is much better than restore option.
