I have an orange n95 8gb and the latest nokia software updater from their site, but It does not work for me, it checks the phone, checks the firmware (and in my case) tells me its up to date, as i want to reinstall I accept the warning and it starts to download, but before it gets going still shows 0% and them freezes the BB connection, and the only way I can get it back is by uninstalling the NSU and restarting the computer.

well the answer was in my laptop somewhere, i tried another one and it was ok
