need help for proper configuration of "canopy" = antenna for smart bro connection, i always get disconnected, any genius here that could share ideas to make my connection stable and fast.

INFO: Smart Bro Philippines offers up to 384kbps but usually I get 80kbps only.

I think there is no other configuration for smart bro antenna.

How your internet got diconnected? Is it your LAN or even if the LAN is connected still no internet?

If the LAN is disconnected, it is the LAN card that has the problem. Try to reinstall driver.

But if LAN is connected and no internet, you need to call your ISP and Im sure their signal is the problem. Also try to move the antenna to higher place without any blocking its perimeter.

ok, just called my ISP, and try to update my result here.

problem solved, they just changed my mac address i dunno about that so I had limited details about this problem.

you can call smartbro customer care for them to fix ur connection...:sorry:
