yes it works...just use the itunes ipa method and you should be allright

How to: Rename .ipa to .rar, uncompress and put Snapture.app folder in /Applications (put 777).
Reboot your iPhone (not respring).

I using 2.1 frimware on first generation iPhone.

You download this zip file and extract ipa file.
Go to iTunes 's Applications section and drag .ipa file in to iTunes.
Select your iPhone device, go to Applications section (It's seeing on top)
Select Snapture in the Applications list.
Then press Apply button.

Snapture has installed your iPhone.

i have installed snapture on my iphone 3g with itunes 8 but snapture crashes..
then i've installed it decompressing the rar e using ssh e giving permission to "snapture.app" in "applications" but the icon doesn't appear..what have I to do?

Uninstall Snapture with your iPhone and delete old ipa file with iTunes Applications section.
Than drag new ipa file to Applications section and syncronize your phone.

just compress file above with stuffit expander and you will get snapture 2.1.ipa
then drag file in iTunes.
Sync.
Done.

You have to have your device jailbroken, and also do this.... [Only registered and activated users can see links] (DO NOT SKIP ANY STEPS)

Once that's done you should be able to install cracked apps through itunes.

I am on firmware 2.1 ...snapture doesnt work :( ... it crashes back to the springboard after 4 -5 secs

PS;- i have set permission 775 to all files/folders (tried with 777 also)
Also, I have the folder Documents created in the 2 required locations

Some1 help plzzzz
