Xelnex Lite – Mobile Voice Recording

Xelnex Lite is an application for recording all incoming and outgoing calls on your phone without the hassle of pressing a button. Nokia recording software currently has the limitation of a key that need to be pressed in order to activate the recording of the conversation, and also has a 60 second limitation on the length of the call.

Xelnex Lite allows you to automatically (or manually if you choose) record all your outgoing and incoming calls and store them as either as .AMR (Smallest), .MP3 or .WAV files on your phone for easy retrieval. You also have the option of turning off the recording “beep” sound for recording notification.

Features include:

Switch between manual and automatic recording.
An option of enabling a warning beep for callers to hear that the call is recorded. This however can be turned off at any time.
Choose between .AMR, .MP3 or .WAV files as the recording file format.
Full details of recordings can be viewed which includes; outgoing/incoming call, time and date stamp, caller/recipient’s phone number and duration of call.
Switch between phone and memory card for file storage.
Xelnex Lite allows you to recall discussion on your cell phone with the touch of a button.

Disable option Call Recording Beeps is not allowed on N78, N79, N96, 6210 Navigator.

works absolutely perfect on E51. first, i was afraid that disabling beep doesn't works (like in a lot of such programs), but actually, it works nice. then i was afraid of can't enable autostart, but then noticed: autostart is enabled already. and the recording quality is much better than in Ultimate Recorder and it can even record in MP3, i think, recording in mp3 with this has better quality than recording in WAV with Ultimate. even Ultimate wasn't bad, but this is much better, and easier to use.

Probably I did something wrong... I signed it with my certificate (my N82 if not hacked any more :( ) and when trying to install it saying "Certificate error. bla-bla". I tried with other apps (including cracked by Illusion, of course) and are working with the same cer file... Anyone can help?

Does anyone with non-hacked phone installed Xelnex? I have N82 with v30 fw and I'm not able to install it after signing with my own certificate.

EDIT: Unfortunately the DRM dev-cer signed doesn't install, non-hacked phones are doomed :(

Try these, the DRM is signed by PSILOC I think, and the app is unsigned. First install DRM then the app (you have to sign the app).

If this doesn't succeed, try to download some other PSILOC app from this forum install it and then try to install Xelnex located in this post.


EDIT: do not install the DRMCommonSolutions as it's just a text file :(

even if downloading some Psiloc app from the forum then intsall Xelenex it won't work
the DRM version in other old threads cracked by BiNPDA won't work anymore!!

So what do you suggest illusion, people without hacked phones get certificate error when installing the app, even after signing with a dev cert. It seems that the install file which gives certificate error is DRMCommonSolutions.sisx which is embedded into the installation file.

yeah if you want to install then hack your phone coz mine is hacked too
otherwise i would even be able to crack or post anything!

agreed. i dont understand people bitching around for signed version while everybody can hack its phone in 2 minutes without any risk. who cant do that, dont even try to use hacked apps.. u can buy them too.

You're right, I thought that you can install DRM when you dev-cert sign it, it obviously won't work. I'm removing the attachments and editing the post I've made.

Ok, now just a few are in this situation (unhacked phones), but until now v30 for n82 seems unhackable (hope i'm wrong); Does any of you guess what will happen with all future updates for the other phones? Or do you think Nokia just wanted to show that is capable of that change....

manual recording and saving in wav format is not possible in E71 (at least for my E71), can any one who tried this on their E71 comment?

Can you manually do the recording by pressing '*' button ?

just noticed something: this program records automatically when pressing "*" long. on one hand this is good, on the other hand its not really good on E51 because long * was bluetooth so now i cant turn on/off bluetooth with this key. even bigger problem that pressing "*" long happens many times and i dont really want record sound all the time. i have found an option to disable this but then calls are not recorded..

After installing Psiloc Xelnex, my Font magnifier doesn't worked anymore, so i disinstal it and install the uptated one and it's working both without any problem. You should do the same thing. :egdance:

Your phone is probably not hacked. This app acn be installed only on hacked phoned. Please one mod add that on thread title...

hm that app needs a lot of energy doesnt it ? you can analyse this with nokia energy profiler and you will see it...

That's correct dude, unfortunately every non-beeping program has that when it comest to E71 ;)

This software starts automatically wen we restart the phone and there's no option to stop this,its a very gud software though

i like this app only what not great is that when saving recordings to mass memory it doesnt allow me to use mass memory in pc. pitty

I got a question.. after I installed this software, whenever I restart my phone or disconnect it from my PC, a box will pop up says "Installing" (without any cancel button), then after that It says "Unable to complete installation from memory card. To install remaining applications, go to Application Manager"
