Hello every time i want to update my nokia. nsu find my phone and downloaded the firmware but when i update is begining i get a error message, what says take off the battery and try again.... but when i press again the software do the same.

And i connect my charger i can start the phone and the phone works, but how do i update my phone:forsaken:

Make sure you battery fully charged.

also try with different cables.
