Hi every one, i do not know if this kind of post is already uploaded, if so just to the Moderator just delete this thread i made.
First of all this is to show every one how to change their file extension like for example (*.jar.zip to *.jar) or (*.zip to *.jar) or (*.png to *.jpg) all we need to this is to rename, but how?
Here is how to do it.
first you need to go to your control panel-go to your folder options-open it and here is the image you should get(see 1st pic). From their go directly to VIEW menu browse down a little bit and highlight the checked phrase "hide extension for unknown file types" unchecked it (see 2nd pic)

after that just click apply and OK.
your done to the next step.
you will be promted like this one.
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
just select yes and your done.
-------next------
get a file/game/etc. you want to change as you downloaded it.
here one for example.
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
by doing the step i indicated above earlier it should be change like this.
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
see the difference on the two, the other image has a extension *.jar.zip that clearly be seen and ready to change. We just need the jar extension
for most Sony Ericsson User we use *.jar files
[Only registered and activated users can see links] [Only registered and activated users can see links]
you will be promted like this one as you change/rename the file.
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
just select yes and your done.
this shuld be end product.
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
notice that the *.zip has been remove and this one is ready to transfer to our phone.
I hope i did contribute a little of knowledge for some, hope you enjoyed your viewing, Thank you.
by the way if you want not to see your extension on your file you could go back to folder options and check it again.
if i do violated the rules, my apologize.:ilove:
