system suddenly restart can cause by power supply unit or ram problem. did u use 1 piece 1gb ram or 2x512 ram.
and i can't get this statement " i am instal new window xp,vista but this problem is fix i am change ram pro. "
i guess problem was occur only in xp not on vista right ?

A suggestion Bro...Try This....
right click on My Computer --> Properties --> click on Advanced tab --> see for Startup and Recovery "Settings"...out there is Automatically Restart --> uncheck it, if checked...
see if it works...give feedbacks here...

i am change ram
You change RAM or ADD?
If change, check your RAM if compatible with your mother board.
If ADD another RAM, check if all your RAM are the same specifications.

brothers as basflt said it would be really do the Processors getting heated up and the CPU fans must be running slow
or another thing is it could be ram problem once we get the clear reply from our brother that the system runs fine on vista then we have to find that it is something to do with OS
