Download Instructions: All credits for the keygen go to JetMouse, as well as Lord Yuz and starix who helped with the creation of the keygen.
Installation procedure:

a) Start installation of 'GarminMobileXTforWindowsMobile_42020w.exe' from PC through ActiveSync. Select your Storage Card as destination. During the installation, files will be copied to your storage card. The files should appear in '\Storage Card\Garmin\Apps\WM'.
b) Install 'GarminMobileXTSupportFiles_4xxxx.exe' for voice files.
c) Install 'GarminMobileXTFreeBasemap_4xxxx.exe' for Garmin's base map.
d) Run GarminMobileXT and record the Unit ID and use keygen to create unlock key.
e) Save as sw.nl file.
f) Copy 'sw.unl' to '\Storage Card\Garmin'.For previous version user just install over the previous version....

Ihave installed greek maps, but when I open the program and try to make a search i get the guestion please select state ? and i cannot bypsass this point in order to make a search..

then i have to go via the Cities and then select the city and make my search... any waits to change that ? on the previous version it was working ok.. ...10w.

What id card? pl explain my device is samsung omnia.

it's not ID card... it suppose to be card id.. i just got it right yday...
when u turn on Garmin Xt. go to the setting ---> about.. take down the card id n den key into the keygen 1.5 n generate it.. the u copy the generated code to notepad. save it as sw.unl file... this file copy to the directory wher u save garmin...

I don't know why, but I get offten GPS lost on my diamond. Maybe there's an issue with HTC devices...
Earlier, on htc touch dual all was ok, but there was always an error message on exit.
Now I go back to version 4.20.50w :(

You do not have to pay. This thread (http://www.ipmart-forum.com/showthread.php?t=306492) contains the North America NT 2009.

Depends on the device you use it on and what map version you have. I run TomTom 7 and Garmin on my Palm Treo 800w. I have the latest map available on TomTom for North America. Unfortunately, it does not contain a new highway, finished over a year ago. Garmin has the latest map, which contains the new highway.

Unfortunately, Garmin has a slow redraw on my Treo 800w. When I make an unexpected turn, instead of going straight as Garmin suggests, it takes about 500' or longer for the turn to be recognized. It then takes another 500' or so for the route to be recalculated. It also appears that my vehicle is jumping every 100' or so, according to the display. TomTom has a faster redraw on my Treo 800w. When I turn, the graphic shows my turn. And it will recalculate new directions almost immediately, after I make an unexpected turn. Garmin would be my favorite IF and ONLY IF, the redraw was fast.

So basically, you should try it on your device to see which works best for you.

However, when I tried to extract the file, I keep getting an error message that says I first need to extract from a previous volume before I can unpack 05.11.08 keosoft90....

Do you know how to extract this file?

The files are split up, so you need to download ALL the files, I think 24. Once you download all of them, select the first file. You will then be able to extract it.

Are you referring to the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1? If so, I was considering buying this device. Do you know if there are lots of compatible games for the Xperia X1? For example, are there just as many compatible games for the X1 as is for the ATT Fuze? Since the display resolution of the X1 is very high while many games are at resolution 240 x 320, I assumed that games are very small on the Xperia X1.

I currently have the Fuze. Also, are there lots of software applications available for the X1 compared to other WM devices?

I have been trying to download the maps from the 24 different links/download sites mentioned in a previous post above. However, after downloading the first link, when I tried to download the second link, I received a message that the file already existed and asked me do I want it to replace the other file that I downloaded earlier. My phone is HTC Diamond.
I tried to follow the instructions but i couldn't install the software on the Storage Card. it didn't appear as an option in the instlation page. so i just installed it on the Internal Storage and i couldn't do the cracking thing.

Anyone can help?!

Kovait , internal storage is ok...u juz make a keygen and key in the Card id number and generate , after that copy the generate num copy to sw.unl folder in ur internal storage <Garmin -> sw.unl> if dun hav juz make a new note and rename it to sw.unl and copy to Garmin folder..tht it...u r be ready to use =):ilove::wave:

Hi to all,

I just face the problem to install garmin XT on Samsung i900 Omnia. Fist i install on storage card and the small map (Adria route) works OK, but couldn't unlock the Europe NT 2009. Than i reinstall on my storage and everythink was OK - unlock it both map and works OK.
The second problem that Mapsource doesn't recognise the phone, can't read the device ID - Windows XP, serial pack 3 - so i do it old way, through the program on the phone and than just copy the map via USB mode to My storage and unlock with unl files.
Somebody have some other solution?

Just curious. I just updated my maps to the NA 2009 NT and now traffic doe snot work. Seems like it worked before with the 2008 maps did I do something wrong. Also note i have only slight lag on boot with my touch pro but only since i added more maps

Hi, all.

I'm experiencing new problem with this Garmin. I installed it to Samsung Omnia i900 and to Sony Xperia X1. Everything was OK, until I tried to use internal GPS. I couldn't choose any port but port 4. When I choose any port (port 7, GPS intermediate driver), the port 4 always comes up. The other problem is, the Garmin can't search satellite.
Is there anyone who has the same problem here? Is there any solution?

i have used 10w and now .20w with omnia internal gps , no problem at all..

everything works fine....
check the omnia gps settings, you might have missconfigured something.

omnia internal gps is on com3 and external is on com9..

i installed garmin mobile xt version 5.00.20w, go about screen, there i found my device id and card id. i put them in the keygen 1.5, generate the unlock key, make sw.unl file, then put it into my sdcard\garmin folder, but it wont unlocked. i tried with device id and card id to generate the unlock key, but failed. i wonder is it because of phone version which cause the problem?

Just some tips for those installing the Garmin maps for Southern Africa. I found the codes for the maps, when using the KeyGen, is located under Garmin installation root directory. Directories will be called FAM_ and the code.

I tried installing the US 2009 Maps on my Garmin Nuvi 350 GPS...it downloads to the unit ok but then it says "Cannot unlock maps" when I start the GPS. Anyone have any idea why?

the map doesnt hv a mapid cos according to the site which i downloaded it from, it does not require an unlock code.

now ive pasted the gmapsupp.img file into the garmin folder in my ppc's storage card. how do i load it onto garmin mobile?

yes i hv. i think the whole app is running fine now. the only problem i hv is loading the map. when i click on 'View map', a screen appears with a car in the middle and it says at the bottom right 'no map'.

Check your id number and generate it again using a keygen and most important thing is that unl is add in. When you are creating new txt file under the windows with "hided add in files" you will create a sw.unl.thx file
Check this and should be ok

I'm also having problem uploading the map. I get an error stating that I lack memory because the map is about 0.6MB and I only have 1,800MB. Why is that? It's a 2 GB card and it should fit fine. Can anybody help me?

tnx. i was pretty sure i did it correctly but i did it again. the sw.unl file. not a txt file. copied it into the garmin folder in my storage card.
i just get the blank screen with the car. it says above 'Searching for Satellites'.
still no map.
maybe its the keygen problem. i used version 1.5. but i notice that i get different unlock codes with the other versions...

Based on your description, I think your GMXT is already unlocked; go out to the open area and if you see some red or green vertical bars on the top RH corner, then GMXT is already unlocked and it is using your internal GPSr.

As for the map, go to Tools, Manage My Data, Map Sets, Mapsource. Have you selected (ticked) your required map? If this is already done, and if you cannot see any map even with the sats being locked on, try zooming into the map. If you still cannot see any details, then I suspect your Map is locked.

I'm really new in this and I need help. When I run, there are four options which are 1.Purchase & Go! 2.Begin Free Trial 3.Enter Product Key 4.Connect to a Garmin GPS

- Does it means I need to pay to Garmin before I can use it? How to get the Product Key?
- When selecting option 4 (connect), it keep on searching between bluetooth and attached for a very long time and still didn't manage to establish

I have tried on the third time of installing Garmin XT .20 version and even the older version but still no success. I have used the card ID and used 1.5 keygen but it wont unlock the software and even the MAP, anyway iam from the Philippines which has MAP CODE of 632. I hope you could shed me some technique or proper way of installing it. Also, there's always this bluetooth when opening the Garmin, isn't suppose to just use Internal. Is there anyway to have it recognize or disable bluetooth since iam using its Internal GPS.....

Please advise....
