each time i upload a healthy torrent to ip-mart it seems like it looses its original peers & seeders

how come? and
what can i do about it?

but i cant find the answer there [ maybe i didnt read enough ]

see , iknow what a torrent is and i know how to make my own

suppose i download a torrent
it got 20 seeders and 100 peers [ = healthy ]
now when i upload the torrent to ip-mart
it has no seeders or peers ecxept for one [me]
