I downloaded the rip and wasn't able to play it properly. Once extracted, the files result in a file called QOS_ENU_DEU.zip.007 . I renamed it and tried to open it with WinRAR as a broken archive, it contained 3 unopenable files, two of each suggest the file came from GamersHell, which possibly suggest we're talking about the demo...
