I presume you're talking about bootable CD with an OS (operating system) on it...
If so, be sure that your PC is set to boot from CDROM (by going in BIOS and set the CDROM as primary boot device).
Then put the CD into the CDROM and follow the on-screen instructions.

P.S. It was so hard or you were not so sure about the steps :confused:
Because, if your BIOS it's set already to boot on CD, i thought you'd figured out by now :weedman:

Check above post...
First go to bios(depend on ur motherboard some by press F8 or F1 or Del,etc)
Set boot from cd for first boot...remember cd already on cd room...
n done..set it all by ur self as u want...
carefull with partition,if got data on drive..but urs is new PC..so go ahead just partition it as u want,format n set up..let it for 30 min + ;)
