it does not work.... ioji,

just a question that i have mcg2009, there is an old map of 7.5.
I also have a new map, but it has only 1 file, which is .bak
is there something wrong?

or please direct me to right thread

Hi, thank you for reading my request and helping me. I am in USA and using MCGuider version 7.70 build 1458.

Map version is 7.80. I am using only USA and Canada.

Device code is 111A28DE8C

I am using Nokia N95 8gb phone.

I did load maps from USA/Canada from Rapidshare linek.

Name of the file Sygic_7_7_USA_CAN.

The problem is I got message that

a. Activation keys for MAPS are not valid
Message is 'Could not find correct activation code for this
map.

I did try to use SDKGPub software but no luck.

Second message is 'No map loaded'.

I did follow all settup guides regarding of placing folders and files.

So, he doesn't regonice maps and I don't have good key for my map.

My MLM file is like this"

Thank you for very quick response. Message is 'No map loaded'. This is how I have it in my phone. I have E: as a root folder. Inside I put Map Folder. Inside Map folder there are separate folders for each states, for example uak, ual, ufl etcl. Inside each folder there is single file with the extension . pak. What I am doing wrong?

By the way your code works and is deeply appreciated. Please help.
Make sure that you have the wcl file
Make sure that you have loaded the map you want it is some wheres under preferences.
Make sure the individual folder for each state, uak, ual, ufl etc.,goes directly in map folder.

Hi again, thank your for quick response.

I do have wcl folder, inside map folder, inside wcl folder there is one file called wcl.pak.

Size 1.03mb.

This will sound stupid but I don't have preferences, I do have settings option but no option to load any maps. Once I open Mcguider I have 6 shadowed options:

Browse maps
Alternative route
Route
Navigate to
Manage POI
Memorize position

The rest of the option is available but no preferences.

I have

Extras
gps status
exit
settings
itinerary

Every individual folder for states with single file in it is in the maps directly.

Just my guess, maybe I have wrong wcl file or mlm file. I don't know.

Please help if you can.

There are two small prices with the unlimited trial / skin replaced version:
1. litle grey box in the middle of the screen
2. must press a button on a splash screen to start the program
