With this little app you have acess to your PC over wifi.
You can download files to your Pc. Or Upload files.

Only copy the exe file which is in the archiv to a Directory where you want. Then open the exe file.

Then open Phonebrowser and type 192.168.2.100 and enter.

You dont need to install anything.

Of course it is safe. If your wlan connection has password no one have acess to your pc.

this app is good.
but. there some file type has been restricted from uploaded to pc..
fix with change the file ext before upload..

hope the author disable the restricted file type.. :)

and also add function delete, copy, move...

funny app... but like it anyway... does it support PHP, ASP or any other lang? its a server and it is supposed to support some kind of lang.

is there an opposite application to this one? I meanwww server on my s60 v3 device for file sharing - so I could upload/download files like on the iphone airshare - which is much much more conviniet .
cause you do not need to do anyting just use your webbrowser to have access to files on the phone.
it is much easier not to run additional software on pc. imagine you need to share something with the phone of your colleague?

cannot start the app. Pressing start button, nothing happens.....

How is this program better than Telexy Networks SymSMB?

Also most Windows nowdays have integrated web server which you can use to share some folder(s). Better than installing 3rd party program that does the same.

Anyway I recommend SymSMB as it uses integrated windows security and its much better.

symsmb is not friendly user which is quite difficult for newbie.with this just start and open your phone browser via wifi.viola upload or download file via wifi :D

This is 1000x simpler and 1000x easier to set up than SymSMB. And you don't have to install a single thing on your phone. Just on the computer. And it works exactly like it says.

As soon as i enter the address in my mobile, it asks me for login and password. I dont have any password on my PC. When is press ok it says webgate no gateway reply. Please tell me what is the problem

@ipbrowser: You must mark the folders you want to open! Clicking on the logo + in Shared Directories......

Make sure that the remote computer that you installed Miniserver on is actually at that address. If your router assigned a different IP then you have to use that one. (Right-click the LAN connection in the tray; Click on Status / Support; The IP Address is where you should be pointing to.)

And make sure Miniserver is on.

Exactly. start button always green, even after disabling firewall. also added new sahred folders...etc, no success.

Symsmb i think is beter than this works a treat
