how do i install after downloading?

just place jar file on your mobile though pc suite
then install it :)

i couldnt find the jar file, when i extracted the folder it gave me another folder to extract, and when i extracted again, it gave me separate files, but no jar file

What are you takling about?
Extract with WinRAR or WinZIP, or any other program for compressed files.
If you have installed PC Suite, double click on JXOvulationCalendarMobileLite.jar file will install it itself on the mobile.
Or, just copy JXOvulationCalendarMobileLite.jar on your mobile and start it.
