Plug ur Monitor cable into your onboard graphic slot and enter into the Bios and Find a option named Pci vga somthing and enable it and them plug ur monitor to your graphic card and see the result...

your card has two monitor connections [ i think]
one normal and one digital

if your monitor only has normal [blue] you could try to connect it to digital [white ]card-connection
with an adapter [ usually equipt with most cards]

worked for me anyway

Unplug all your other card u inserted like sound card etc....
then boot ur pc

Or Check ur smps has 400w..

Change the power cable to the card from another molex output...
