What’s?
SmsShorter is an app that help you to shorten your messages, in order to save characters easly in the writing of your sms.
What do you need to use it?
To use SmsShorter you need:
- a Symbian S60 smart-phone
What’s the price of SmsShorter?
SmsShorter has no price! It’s a freeware application. But if you want you can do a donation for this and for other scMeC appz (Walkietooth, CAMalarm, Resizer, etc...)
How does SmsShorter works?
SmsShorter is easy to use! You have to:
- start the app
- select you want to write a “New sms”
- write the text
Here you can choise some options:
- Use reduced words, if selected SmsShorter will substitute some words with the dictionary words.
- Method 1: this method will write the new text writing capital the first letter of each word.
- or Method 2: with this method the sms will contain the words writed one capital and one small.
When you finished to select the options you can reduce instantaneously the message, and send it immediately to a number chosen into the phonebook or to a new phone number.
Wich words will be shortened?
In the install package there’re only two dictionaries: English and Italian.
You can create new dictionaries (until four dictionaries), delete of edit these inserting or deleting words!
