Simulating joystick with touch ui
The joystick can also be simulated with sensor in the phone. However this requires that the user must tilt the phone, so viewing angle is not optimal. The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic doesn't have joystick or keys for games, so one possibility is to simulate joystick with new S60 touch UI.
