Just change the port and the baudrate in the GPSTMC.ini.
GPSTMC.ini can be found in the UserData folder.Double click and you see as flwng:

BaudRate = 38400 and here
Protocol = 2

Υes it works with dest 7.Its the latest!!Replace also the folder with forthlinks.Delete first the old and copy paste the new.

Oταν θα εχω χρονο θα ανεβασω σκιν για ομνια.Πολλοι εχουν αυτο το προβλημα.

Έχω το skin από το Destinator 7 μήπως αυτό βοηθάει?

οχι και δεν θα σε συμβουλευα να το δοκιμασεις.Το καθε σκιν ειναι για τη συγκεκριμενη εκδοση.

Τελικα βρηκα ενα του 7 το οποιο μου ειπαν οτι κανει.Αλλα ειναι συγκεκριμενο.Στο δινω κ κανε μια προσπαθεια μεχρι να τροποποιησουμε καποιο.Μη δοκιμασεις αλλο.

No it was not

I have changed the resolution of the screen and then it worked.

But the gps signal said that I was 3 blocks from where I was standing and 80 meters bellow the surface

Since we are in an international forum and since most of us speak some English ,i think it would be best to use that language and not Greek.
There is another forum (TheGreekz.com) where Greek is the forum language !!
Anyway, to get to the point ,i don't think that Destinator 8 has much to offer yet and the menu's are very messed up.i think that for the time being it's better to stay with Destinator 7 as it;s much more dependable .

I have the same opinion also about dest.now for the greek lang,its something that we use occasionally to say something to each other in a few words instead of writing sentences in english.sorry for that but our lang is reacher than english and sometimes we use it to make easier com between us.the posts and everything important is always in english . I will try to use minimized greek.for users of navigon 1200 and some other devices dest 7 is difficult to use and therefore dest 8 is proper.thats why we try to improve this version.AND FINALLY WE ALWAYS ARE THE PEOPLE BREAKING THE RULES.MAYBE THIS IS THE REASON WE ARE THE BEST!!ΕΤΗΝΙΚΙΣΤΙΣ ΤΟΥ ΚΕΡΑΤΑ,Ε??

Just a question: I have a working Dest 7 on my HTC Touch HD. Can I use the maps (just the maps) of your version? do I just drop them in my card?

Of course you can use the map but you have to replace also the forelinks in the userdate folder.Otherwise just copy the whole program in your sd and you can run 7 or 8 anyway you like.

I had the same problem with mio c220 and miomoov 200.The problem was the ram;only 32.64 mb ram is required.

If you use pna unlocked(as pda) you can use any navi program you like.Iam using Mioc320b and I use Destinator 8,Igo8.From the explorer i run the .exe files from each program.If this is possible on HTC Kaiser.....Why not?

..now another think ..I just notice!. Under the screen, around the middle button, kaiser has four more buttons, in order to navigate, up, down, right, left. In DEST 7 was comfortable to ZOOM IN and to ZOOM OUT using these up and down buttons(around the middle button). Also one roller that Kaiser has in the left side had the same use, it could help in zoom in and zoom out. Now in DEST 8 aether of both working.
Any idea in how to cook them?
(I already am satisfied)

I think this is more difficult to be cooked, any suggestions are welcome!

You need skin for dest 8 for your device but there isnt any yet.

Use English.This is a copy paste version.Just run the Destinator.exe.
No installation therefore no need to uninstall version 7.
