Overview

Ever wanted to know how much you walk or run as you go about your daily life? The Nokia Step Counter not only counts your steps, it also determines the distance you have covered and your energy expenditure. You can even compare your activity levels on different days by looking up the summaries stored in a handy diary.

Want to know how it all works? Your steps are measured by analyzing the output from an accelerometer in your S60 mobile device. All you have to do is carry your phone around with you whenever you move, for example in a pocket of your clothing, attached to a belt or your upper arm, or in a handbag worn over your shoulder.

I have still "old" v10.xxx and this app works really smooth but I've heard ppl who have updated to v11.xxx they have had problems or not working at all...

I dunno about reseting data but in Diary there is files in Options-Individual Workouts and there is option to delete each file at the time...

Good app anyway!

How to fix this?

You must not change the "application autostart" option to automatic.

If you close the application after this change, it won't start up anymore.

You must delete the config.dat in the stepcounter folder, and then it should start again.

How to fix this?
connect phone to computer via usb cable goto step counter folder and Delete the config file.It will work fine.Start and stop the step counter manually dont use the auto start programe option. You can even use the file browse option and delete the config file from with the phone. this worked for me and is my personal view on the subject:partyman::partyman:. cheers.
