I have a tomtom one V3 and I want to update to navcore 8.300 or 8.320. I dont know what is the difference and which one is better to install and also I dont know how to install it on the device. I have downloaded the files linked in this forum

I wanted to change the navcore for using the TomTom_Map_Iberia_815.2003 with the IQ routing support.
could you please help me if it is possible and how can I do this?
