Well I dunno about that but I can't put 128bit encryption key with ascii, I have 14 characters but still it says that minimum is 13 char and generates random key.
Thanks anyway for the great release! Finally cracked version for N5800 XM.

Make sure you set your phone to be able to install all apps (not just signed ones) and your E71 needs to be hacked to install this program.

Bullstrode 30th January 2009, 03:25 this is supposed to have vpn capability but cannot find anything in it mentining a vpn any ideas
It means the WiFi connection (via you phone's 3G) will carry VPN protocols, and most others. Unlike the JoikuSpot Lite version which only supports a few select protocols.
biswasspl 30th January 2009, 12:33 thanks a lot illusion...

Jazzy_6230i 3rd February 2009, 17:17 Is there an aplication that can create an access point through WiFi from your phone like this app and share folders from your phone too?
There is SymSMB4.0, with this app u can connect to your computer's access point and share folder from your phone or computer. But not all laptops can make a wifi access point. :(
Volley 3rd February 2009, 17:40 With this apps I can send files from my Macbook to my iPod Touch through SSH (SFTP) connection..great!:-)
My E51 is now a real router Hsdpa!

If your phone and PC are connecting to the same Access Point (AP) then they will be on the same IP network and subject to rules in the AP the 2 x devices should be able to directly connect.
If you want a direct Phone <--> PC WiFi connection (with no intermediate AP) then you can do this by using "Adhoc WiFi" configuration. I've read that MS's Vista can't do this ... but I'd be surprised if it really can't.
gsmyoda 4th February 2009, 00:55 This program doesnt work. I connect to my phone with joikuspot wifi and it still blocks ports like the free version. I can surf the internet but it wont let me play online games like starcraft.

If you setup with Windows XP, just make sure you set the shared key to hex in Joikuspot. You can use this same key in the Windows configuration.
echecstyle 8th February 2009, 06:29 hi,

When a smartphone with WM want to use the wifi access created, it finds the wifi connexion but as computer-computer access (dont know what it means), says connected. My n95 shows me than a smartphone is really connected.
The problem it is impossible to navigate or use internet access whith the smartphone. (i have tried with differents smartphone)

Bullstrode 6th January 2010, 01:23 This program doesnt work. I connect to my phone with joikuspot wifi and it still blocks ports like the free version. I can surf the internet but it wont let me play online games like starcraft.
Are you certain it is blocking ports ? It could be that your mobile carrier is restricting access, possibly routing all traffic via a proxy which only proxies for certain (permitted) protocols.
I run IPsec VPN links which involves a few unusual ports for integrity/firewall/nat-traversal etc. as well as the IPsec itself - no problem at all.
You could email Joikusoft to ask them if Joikuspot provides full IP access.
