How to unlock TREO680

Follow this steps for having the phone correctly unlocked

I can't offer screenshots as manual was lost in FAQ

1. Install the unlock soft using Palm desktop by push twice the file PRC
2. Connect de cable HotSync to the phone
3. Push the button of the cable HotSync to init sync and wait till will be completed
4. If you get a message Connection cannot be established, maybe you will need to reinstall Palm Desktop
5. Turn off the radio signal of the phone by keeping pressed the red button for a few seconds
6. Open the software "Treo Unlock"that you installed in the phone. If you can't find it be sure that you selected the category unfiled in the top option

The unlocking process will take around 30 seconds, wait.

Once completed push the home button to exit

7. When the soft will finish you will see a memo(note) with the name "Unlock Data" in the memory application

8. Sync the phone with your computer
9. Locate the memory with the name "Unlock Data" in Palm Desktop
10. Copy the data between the marks12 (will appear like "8<") and using the soft read the coded data
11. Write the code when will be uncoded using an accepted simcard.The code must be like "*#*#xxxxxxxx#".
