I'm new here, and have read the many discussions. but still not sure what to do. It have 1GB Internal Memory and a free SD card slot. Can I patch this and put on a never Map? When yes which? Can I use ALG, IQ Routes on this device? Hope someone can help me. Yes either replace the map with a new one or add everything (apart from old map) onto an SD card then add new map. 2 & 3. Well my english is not that good, and I dont understand very much with X20 X30 X40 and so far... Is that correct: 1. I download new V7XX Map. Then I copy everything from Internal Memory to SD Card with the new Mapfolder and use Easytools with correct meta codes, then it should work allready? 2. Thank You Rep0man 10th March 2009, 10:55 Yes you can use a patched V8 navcore with 825 maps, so far i have tested 8.010, 8.204, 8.302 and 8.310 in my one XL and all works great... well, except the 8.204, i get no sound but other than that it works great. bobby1607 10th March 2009, 11:26 1. What is right: A: Copy everythinc incl. Navcore to SD Card, delete everything on Internal memory. B: Navcore to Internal Memory, MAP to SD Card 2. Only the x20, x30 x40 range can you "just" have map on SD card, ALL other units you MUST have full navcore/maps etc on internal or on SD card. 2.
