Hi guys,


My friend has forgot her admin password on her laptop which has vista-i have tried booting in safe mode but it still ask for password,also tried several cd including ophcrack which did not hel at all.She wants to get her files back prior to reformating,

Also tried to repair using theoriginal disc but to no avail.


Please help or suggest something as i have given up.Basically she wants to bypass the admin bit to be able to start the lappy?

many thanks my friend -even if i log on in safe mode it still ask for the password-i don;t kn ow what else too do.as i said i tried ophcrak alreeady
