i just want to ask about internet sharing.. can i decide which pc can acess internet if i share my internet connection. is there are setting or soft that can do that.. FYI i now using win vista ultimate.

Yes you can choose which PC can access internet. Either you set it in router or install an application to every PC that is connected with your router.

Set-up in router is the best way. You can also put schedule when internet is allowed or not. But this depends to your router features.

actually the situation is like this, i connect the collage using wifi n my fren keep asking 2 shared the internet connection. but if i share means all pc im my network can acess it right. so i hope if any software that can give acess for certain people only

On router setting you can input your friend's laptop MAC address or you can simple put a WPA key.

If you choose WPA key, give him that key and only him can connect to your internet unless he give that key to others too.

its collage wifi.. so i cant set the router.. if i can set only from my pc? because i share my wifi connection..

So you mean you want to share internet using your laptop.

Are you connected to internet thru wifi? If yes, you can buy USB Wifi then set it as Access Point. Now your friend pc will have an internet because your pc is connected to a router & him to your usb wifi set as access point. You can also make the connection to your pc secured.
