Change Menu and Options strings. (OS8.1)

Hi fellas :)

We have found something new and wanted to share it with you. You can change the Menu and Options strings in your device with very simple steps. :) Forexample we wrote CEPTEAM instead of Menu


[Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) [Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

1) install the sis file attached
2) Open C/System/Apps/menu_loc.rscfile with XPlore Hex editor and write whatever you want instead of the string "CEPTEAM".
3) Enjoy :good2:

I guess you have followed a wrong step. Keep ABC button pressed while you are starting your device. And when you open it delece C/System/Apps/Menu

this is not working in N70ME....if i change the menu is not working...

thanks.. it werks on my n70 but e time taken to open up e menu seems to be longer.. any1 else feel e same too? :LoL:

When I installed it on my n70me n changed the name through hex editor n tried to open the menu it showed system error,n showed the same error on restartin the mobile.Can anyone tell of what went wrong??
