I'm trying to make a svg theme and I'm facing a problem: the Control Area Backround appears in Carbide:
[Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

but when I install it am my phone you can see there is no Control Area Background:
[Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links])[Only registered and activated users can see links] ([Only registered and activated users can see links])
What seems to be the problem?

My UI3.4 has this peoblem too! Can somebody tell me the reason????

The reason is, you are skinning it as a 9-piece element. Right click on the control area background from within carbide, select single piece element and then select the image again and then it will appear in your theme also, if this doesn't work, try it vice versa.
