I installed net60 but how do i get the windows mobile apps run on my phone?

Yes my N73 Says That file is corropted i couldnt install this pls help me! :(

.i installed this app and its working,i extracted the binaries on c/data/redfivelabs/apps .. And also i extracted other two apps with exe extension, but when i try to run them is show me CLI EE Execute 1000002 .. So what can i do ? Do i need a computer for this ?
