i am sory i probably explain wrong. is no secret that my grammar not well :p
what i look for is the unmodifyed files of the two you attach, if have root acess you can dump them with this comand in terminal on gphone:
su
cp /system/etc/mountd.conf /sdcard/mountd.conf
cp /system/init.rc /sdcard/init.rc
then in usbmode copie from your sdcard the mountd.conf and init.rc to uploading
if is too much trouble, that is fine i am sorry to have waste your time >.<

... but to have root, woudlnt you have modified versions. and you'd probably be better off asking on xdaforums probably for that kind of stuff.

so are you trying to revert back so you dont have app to sd? if you are just reinstall the non modified version of jf. you'll have to wipe your phone before you reinstall it. or your phone will loop.

i not trying to revert, i am sorry i very miscommunicate :'(
i trying to find backup files incase something bad happen in future and will need to undo apps on sdcard. maybe if google incorperate there own apps to sdcard patch or somethings.
but what you say sound correct, if wipe then all setting will be revert... that sound like last case scenerio solution

only way i know to undo is wipe and reinstall. but imo no real reason to have back up's of those kind of files.. but thats just how i feel. since if anything bad does happen id just reinstall the jf version only thing id worry about having back ups of is apps.
