Many of you may already know it but it is very useful for people having phones with inadequate ram

First of all you need an application called jbak task man. I think it is the best task manager software available for s60v3 phones.
1. Install jbak task man in your phone memory.
2.press your menu key for a while jbak task man will pop up then in to menu:settings:program settings and check 'show memory on top' and exit.
3.go to menu:settings:ext settings and set main window delay to 200 so that you would not have to wait for years pressing the menu key to open task manager.
4.open your contacts and exit now in to jbak task man you will see that contacts is still open now dont kill it, go to task man menu:program rules and check the box 'kill after send back'.
5.do the same thing as you did with contacts for log, gallery and camera.
6.you can also in to settings and set show hidden contacts but it will seem ugly as some of the running processes will be seen in the menu. You can set rules to some of these processes without any harm. In my phone i have set the rules to the following processes
7for SyncMLNotifierAppServer.exe
CTSecDlgAppServer.exe
locnotifierappserver.exe
AnykeyScList.exe i have set 'kill after boot'.
8.and for Securitynotifierappserver.exe
cconndlgappserver.exe
screensaver.exe
Anykey.exe
akncapserver.exe
blinkingled.exe
sys as at notifier i have set in task list:'never show'.
9. Try to avoid using java applications as these are real resource hogs and they do not release full ram when we exit them so ram goes on decreasing
10.for the users of forum and login sites there is a very useful application called jbak tools install it to phone memory
11. Go to jbak set :text pocket settings check text pockets working and set start from menu to multi buffer
12.in to jbak task menu:add to launch menu:select text pockets
now that you can launch texts anywhere we have to put texts by pressing just 1. You can add to position 2 useful app like xplore but do not extend the list beyond that as it may hamper your battery backup.
12. Type your secure login ids password email address somewhere and copy them you will see them in text pockets pop up
13. To avoid deletion of these useful texts just open xplore go to c/system/data/text pockets and set attributes of those text files to read only by pressing 6.
14.now when you are browsing and you have to put your email address in a box click the box then press menu key task man will open press 1 text pockets will open click on your address and it will automatically be typed thats all!
I hope it will help you.
