do not forget to connect the phone in "No Connection" mode.

mmmm, I have tried this many times with phoenix (2008) and the J.A.F software (no box or F-bus). I think some people have been successful because their n95 is not 'fully dead'. Mine was killed by NSU and now the USB port will not wake up to receive any information.

But it still doens't reconize the Nokia N79 and the N85. I only see "RM-348".
The same problem with NSS.

But Thanks for Sharing!

Could it be possible to share this with any free server other than Rapidshare? From my country I cannot download it from Rapidshare, because I don't have an account with Rapidshare and it limits the downloads with kbytes. PLEASE.

@eben0
Not sure about Vista compatibility, but feel free to try it and post results.
Phoenix_2006_2009_fixer.exe as well as all the exe/msi files are generally compressed into one installer (at least that's how it worked for all previous versions; I haven't tested this yet).

@cnckane
If you keep on using the same product code, then you should be fine.
If you change it, then your warranty may or may not be valid (if you take the phone for repairs after changing product code, they may or may not check that out. If they do, then most likely they won't honor the warranty). It's always up to Nokia Care (Service Center).

@tahasmarty
I doubt it has a password (no one else complained and there's no password in OP).
I'd say you try downloading the file again. If you still experience the same, try the newest version (which I can tell you for sure: it requires no password):
