Can anybody help with these 2 headaches?!
1. I have a TT Go 720T and a while back I installed Navcore SE 8.310 and most things seemed fine but Bluetooth has been greyed out since it's install, so I can't do handsfree with the phone. I had hoped version 8.410 might rectify this but no joy there either?
Any help appreciated?
1. Also, since trying out the new 8.25.2159 maps, voice activation/recognition doesn't work. The microhone icon is greyed out...but it still works fine with older maps. This is no biggie but if there's a fix I'd like to know about it.
Thanks in advance....

With the 825.2159 maps there is NO voice recognition (cspeech_xxx.dat files are missing), use 825.2157 instead (also 825.2158 are ok with cspeech_xxx.dat files included)
For bluetooth to be active try to change emulation from standard x40 in x30.
Check ASR folder is on your tomtom and check with the "runcheck" switchfile if the asr support is correctly found.

Thanks man.
1. So in the Config folder, I ensure each text file including the model.txt says x30 instead of x40 right?
2. On the ASR piece, could you give me idiot proof instrucitons on how to do this as I've not tried any of that before....and my gear is at home and I'm at work.
Holidays tomorrow so I'm cutting these things rather fine!

Yes for the x30 in model.txt instead of x40....
For ASR:
Check before if in your backup (if you have one, the ASR foder exists), than put it on your device
Otherwise download the ASR folder take it from the files from navcore 8.20x or 8.30x (it's always the same) files from here:

Thanks again Raffetti. Yes I do have a backup of the ASR but I figured seeing is the voice recognition works fine with 8.15 maps and previous ones, then the ASR is probably fine? Anyway, I'm not too bothered about that.
One final question :)
For TomTom Home to work properly I thought all I needed to do was copy that folder xxxxxx@tomtom.com into the proper folder in AppData.....etc.
I've done this but TTHome still wants to download the latest Applicaiton of 520/720/920, will this screw up my device which believes itself to be a 940 at present?!!
Also, to "Operate My Go" It asks if it can download a file. I say no to this every time as I also feel as if this will screw things up.....
Any advice on this much appreciated?

Asr shoul work also (obviously) with 825 maps, but only with 825.2157 &/or 2158 maps (containing the cspeech_XXX.dat files). If speech recognition is always greyed probably the emulation is wrong (but with x30 emulation should work).
For tomtomhome to correctly work, you should see what versions are put inside the ttgo.bif and ttgo.bak (if you use SE navcore versions) and in file version.txt.
Anyway you should remove the folders navcore.xxxx.xxxx@tomtom under "extensions" in the user folders, let tomtomhome to download the plugin he wants and THEN overwrite the @tomtom folder just created with the files situated in the navcore.8410.xxxx@tomtom folder in the 8.410 basicpack, ADDING INSIDE ALSO ALL THE 11 dataxxx.chk files situated in the tomtom's root folder (see readme.txt)

Thank you so much Raffetti, this sounds much clearer than the instructions I've been reading to date.....I will give this a try tonight!
