Hi.I just made a hard reset on my Samsung Omnia i900 and installed some programms.But i have a problem.When someone calls me only the vibration goes on with no ringtone.Ringtone is heard only through the samsung handsfree.Something like this happened before the hard reset but only with sms notification.The sms notification was heard through the handfree when i had it connected but when i was disconnecting it the notification was heard through the device's speakerphone.Please help....Thank you for your time.

i used to have a nokia n95 with symbian s60v3.
i love the music apps, which i installed on it.

now i was wondering if there are similar apps for wm6, but didn´t find anything.
i know there´s the lyrics player, but i donßt like this one...

there´s a java version of ttpod too, but i couldn´t scan my harddisk in it (i know that has something to do with the jad file... for version 1.0 i created one by my own, but didn´t work. and in version 0.96 i could scan only the phone memory, for the hard drive it didn´t work)

at least there´s a wm6 version of kugou, but it´s in chinese...

so does anybody could translate this, or knows a good music player for wm6 wwhich can show lyrics (similar to 360ting/ttpod/kugou from symbian)????

careplayer can´t show lyrics and minilyrics was the one i ment withe lyric player, forgot the name. they´re ok, but it´s really a pity: none of them is as good as ttpod/360ting (symbian).
the best for me is the coreplayer and the conduits pocket player which can show lyrics too, but not in karaoke style, only as a text-file...

hey.. i have found the easies way to create a new sms folder on WinMo device,use this trick if change threaded mode doesnt work.
its simple,all you need here is just an application called "MagiCall" and your friend number or your 2nd number or maybe your operator number(for free charges,tehehe...).
Download and install "MagiCall" then follow this steps :
make new SMS filter give it a name,
rule type = SMS,
filter = specified number,
Phone # = fill with your 2nd number,
Action 1 = move
To folder = <name it as you wish> (this option will make new folder for you,be wish to give it name because i dont know how to delete the folder)
Ok then SAVE and minimize "MagiCall". last,just send a sms from your 2nd number to your 1st phone.

Hi, can someone help me in this issue?
My desktop have Office 2003 in English and my pocketpc (HTC Touch Pro 2) have Office Mobile in Portuguese.
When i open my desktop sheets on my device all the formulas simply disappear because it can't recognize the English formulas (p.e.: SUM in my desktop is SOMA in my device).

How can i solve this? Is there any way to change the language only of my Mobile Office?

You should be able to monitor the incoming/outgoing call duration from the phone, but not texts, In WM6.1 its under Start, Settings, System, Device Information, but I couldn't find anything that will monitor texts

Hi, need help from seniors here.
Currently holding a HTC HD2 WM 6.5.

Every now and then, when sync, it will pop up Warning Message that reads
" There has been a change made on your server that requires you to re-sync all items on your device. All changes made since your last successful sync will be lost. Do you wish to continue?"
After I click "yes", i will always lose my personalised Speed Dials settings and my Outlook mails sync Settings. And it takes very long to sync is it syncs from scratch.
Qn1) Why does warning msg pops out when I didn't install anything new?
Qn2) Any way to rectify problem ?

what type of htc u have?if it htc hd2 do the following for hard reset, make sure ur device power is off the press up+down volume button (keep press) then the end button, wait until 3 color (red blue green) appear then u may release all 3 button u pressed and then do the instruction as u see on screen

Ontopic: Touch pro hard reset is volume down+ center(round button) + reset pin (u have to push in the little hole)

But if ur power button is stuck then u may have to call your provider unless ur taking risk by disasembling it...

REMEMBER TO BACK UP ALL YOUR DATA FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hard Reset = loose all data and installed programs.........

You could also try installing a button remapping software if your actual hard button (power button) is stuck or broken.

Here is an excellent one for your TP Pro: [Only registered and activated users can see links]

Once installed it may loose all button settings and you then have to reset each button (Not a bad thing if your power button is broken!) as you can remap all the buttons as you like.

sorry about posting in the wrong section/forum kinda new here, but just wana say thanks for the help guys going to trying the remaping keys app, basicaly the power button is out i have removed it but it still comes up the whole time and its been so frustrating cause the phone was by HTC 4 times already and still comes back with the same problem even if the phone is off it switches on by itself has anyone ever experience this problem??
