Phoenix Service Software 2009.4.12.37934
New Phoenix Service Software, new setup improvement: Recent changes to the installer caused some trouble on certain configurations – so now they are optional. Use them only if Phoenix fails to install – run setup again, this time enable experimental registry cleaning.

This Phoenix Service Software installation package includes following SW components:

- MSXML 6.0 Parser
- VC++ redistributable
- Phoenix Service Software 2009.4.12.37934
- DK2 Dongle Driver v 7.14.0.25
- Nokia Connectivity Cable USB Driver v 7.1.8.0 (for Win2000 6.85.15.0)
- Flash Update Package 09_12_05_14
- FLS-x Dongle Driver v 2.09.26
- FPS-11 version 5.10.0

Flash Update Package is 09_12_05_14 - you can flash N96 without problems. As always, only USB cable needed, enjoy!

The error message means you have not installed a DP (a.k.a. firmware) for Phoenix to work with your phone.
Just download a FW package, install it, restart your computer and try again.

It's easy: in this section of the forum (Nokia Software/Firmware) search for the firmware version you want to flash in your phone (it has to be the same or higher version; you CANNOT downgrade).
Once you find it, you'll download the EXE file which is called a DataPackage (DP) which works both with Phoenix Service Software and Nokia Care Suite.
After installing Phoenix, just install this DP and problem solved!:egdance:

Installation process stop n popup window appear with words not written in English.

It is test & service software for Nokia mobile phones. Using Phoenix, you can update a version of firmware of your phone, increase and decrease vibra power, change some options in PPU - disable Java apps requests, for read and write to filesystem for example, and many more...

always error in downloading many time it says downloaded 119.7mb 0sec left but not finisishing download.sometime 30 mb it hang ,70 mb,85mb i lost my patient i am not going to download this anymore on rapidshare.

I had success upgrade my phone with this version. But what im sadly is the phonex can't be uninstall. I dont know how to clearing from my PC. When i install the nokia pcsuite back the phoenix wont work like any file lose on service. And my PC become shutdown immediately when i hit pcsuite icon. So anyway to slove this problem?.:hardcry:

Sorry If I am asking a stupid question I just wanted to know if I need any kind of cable to use this software I need to unlock My Nokia N97 Locked with T-Mobile UK.

I don't anything about this software. So any help will be appreciated. If I can't unlock N97 with this then please let me know what I need to unlock N97.
