hallo guys. i bought this phone for a month, and it was cool to have her. but just now i'm having a problem. that is my home screen theme for basic and shortcuts bar wont work anymore. i press on the contacts and dial icon and nothing happen. in fact, there's no shortcuts item display on the screen, and nothing happen as i press it.. however, it works just fine on contacts bar. does anybody knows how to solve it?? anyway, before it happened, i do install some apps, the last one before it crash was fring. so, after i restart the phone, the problem i mention appear.. does anybody know this???

same thing happen to me. I cant use contact and dial no from icon menu. Maybe becoz of fring. any1 know how to solve it

how bout trying a soft reset? by typing *#7370*
the phone will restore the original state, you will lose all your data on the phone tho! so remember to backup your data first.
