Well... this is NOT a good game (don't blame me, I warned you :gum:). In fact, it's a ski tycoon game but it's awful and incredibly hard. Anyway, try it, maybe you laugh a little, cause the game's defects are very funny. :D

2. Unace either manually or use our installer. If you unace manually and see a Crack.ace, unpack that into your gamedir too.
3. Run Setup.bat to decompress gamefiles.
4. Start the game with Ski Park Manager 2003.exe
