You are asking for Windows Mobile (Pocket PC) not for a PNA.
The links I posted include all you need to install on your PDA/mobile... I suppose you know how to install a .cab file on WM.
Nothing else is required, just choose the .cab for your model screen's resolution.

Then add a map, copying it on your device.
Remember to choose one that is compatible with the WM version. Use the chart as reference:
