Probably something simple, but donut here has got beaten after many attempts.

Problem is this; Loaded truck Nav 8.070 onto XL, set up fine and works correctly with exception of being allowed to change out vehicle type ie from Truck back to Car, it just offers not to follow IQ routes and change vehicle - but change vehicle it wont !! :confused:

Just a quick update, at the moment I can only re-set if applying factory settings, but for all my fellow Trampers it works great with 825v maps;

Ive put in various destinations from this weeks destinations - one in particular within the lorry ban zone in St Albans Herts, and its routed correctly for the truck(44t) instead of going through known weight limits.

I guess a minor irritation for the moment, not being able to switch back to car mode, but worth it for now. If any one comes up with a fix it would be appreciated.

Granted not totally correct but !! If you put in your own info as in weight limits , width restrictions etc it works;

A quick example, Running standard navcore 8.010 on XL, route to M1 from my house would be directly through town and out towards Milton Keynes on A5, with 8.070 Nav its taken me directly to A505 (Leighton Buzzard by pass) left towards Dunstable to rejoin A5 at that junction, whereas previously on 8.010 Nav it would have taken me directly through 2 residential areas, 2 weight limits and a width limit, before rejoining the A5 East of the town.

Im convinced this works with v825 maps and will report back honestly my findings next week.

By the way any ideas out there on how to correct the quirck I posted earlier, with regard to changing from Truck back to Car navigation.
