MLS Destinator Pro v8.0.10.28 (Greek)
Requirements: Windows CE 4.2 and up, PNA or PPC
Overview: This is Destinator 8 by the Greek distributor MLS.

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

This is the first version of Destinator 8 with a fully working Greek voice.
It is also the first version of any Destinator with Greek TTS (Text To Speech)!! It is using Afroditi from the Loquendo TTS.

It includes the following:
Maps: Greece 2008.Q4.115 and Cyprus 2007.Q4.89, both by GeoIntelligence (formerly known as NGI)
Languages: English and Greek
Voices: only Greek (anything else will not work simply because of the way MLS has implemented their TTS engine)

I have cracked it so that it can run on any device, not only on those sold by MLS, and to accept any map. Enjoy!

Download Instructions:
Download and extract it to your storage card (or internal flash disk). Then run DestinatorApps\Destinator8MLSPro\Destinator.exe

Troubleshooting:
If the program does not announce the street names then ANSI Greek support is missing from your device.

Note:
This is the real MLS Destinator! The one in the other thread is just the regular Destinator 8 with a skin and a non-working Greek voice.

about the keybord just extract tha rar and go to folder (Dest8>Language>Greek)
their you would find two .ini files named (keybord and keybord2) copy both and paste them into (Destinator8MLSPro>Language>All).

Program seems working on HTC TyTn without error but not recognising Old Navinfo map. 2006. Is it compatible for only new Navteq maps?
Also it has same problem as setting PPC date to 2000 if GPS notfound for long time.

upload now and the eu maps so we can feel complete

Display mode: 480x800 - orientation: landscape
Only the screens involving the keyboard plus the POIs show OK. Map shows adequately well (slight mislocation of the various buttons to to right and the bottom of the map) and it works. However, there is no sound (possibly because the program is not properly installed and there is an option in the X1 settings for the sound to enable sounds for the programs - I assume that only a system-installed program can have access to the sound subsystem of the device). Anyone, any ideas?

I downloaded and used the MLS Destinator Pro v8.0.10.28 (Greek) in my HTC P3650. It worked fine!
The only problem I also get is that the backlight after some time even in the map interface doesnt work (it enters power save mode).
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Please HELP!!!

Hello from me as well. I downloaded and installed the programme on my sd card where i had also installed spb mobile shell. I have an m800 glofiish. The thing is that each time I run the destinator, it keeps "sticking" and then paralyses the whole system. Any ideas why this is happening? Does it have anything to do with the fact i'm using spb mobile shell together with the destinator?

There is another problem with the clock, when the device has not lock to satelites. Changed to 1/1/2000 3:00 am.
This is done only when it does not lock .. Otherwise when it locks,works fine without any problem.

When i try to copy wince.nls it says that it is a ROM file.Should i do a full backup first or save the other file with a different name?(wince.nls-1).Also it doesn't find the maps.Where should i copy them?And where should i put the exe file so i can see destinator in the program list.Also it doesn't prompt me to install it in device memory or storage card.That's because it is pre-installed in memory card where i have put the files?Thank you...

Ok.I have installed it in my storage and it works for now.I still dov't know about the TTS.About the WVGAfix3... i have to change the resolution every time before i use Destinator?I don't want to leave that resolution.It dissappears half of my touch screen!!!

This is not a problem from the programm for the time clock the only responsible is the device, Look the PNA Devices can't keep the time after they will have run out of battery :confused:

my friend dont try to change anything it will not let you do so because it is a protected systems file i had exactly the same problem. i found the solution i will upload the necessary files as soon as possible in order to work

for those of you that have problems to activate the greek voice in guidance take the file from here [Only registered and activated users can see links] put it in the folder voice and play with settings

Κατα αρχην ειχα καποιο προβλημα με την εκδοση 8.. Αυτη η εκδοση για καπιο λογο δουλεψε χωρις ιδιατερη προσπαθεια. Το κινητο λεει οτι ειναι η εκδοση 7.0.0588.11

Δεν εκανα καμια ιδιαιτερη ρυθμιση στο κινητο.. Απλα οταν ειχα δοκιμασει αλλεσ εκδοσεις για καπιο λογο ειχα το ιδιο προβλημα που λες και εσυ Εμφανιζοταν η μια οδονη πανω στην αλλη, με τα γραμματα, και να μην μπορω να επιλεξω βασικα οτιδηποτε...
Φυσικα αν δεν εχεις βαλει το IGO8 τοτε αυτο ειναι μηδεν κοντα στο IGO8.. Αυτο το εχω σαν backup!!!

Overview: This is Destinator 8 by the Greek distributor MLS.

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

This is the first version of Destinator 8 with a fully working Greek voice.
It is also the first version of any Destinator with Greek TTS (Text To Speech)!! It is using Afroditi from the Loquendo TTS.

It includes the following:
Maps: Greece 2008.Q4.115 and Cyprus 2007.Q4.89, both by GeoIntelligence (formerly known as NGI)
Languages: English and Greek
Voices: only Greek (anything else will not work simply because of the way MLS has implemented their TTS engine)

I have cracked it so that it can run on any device, not only on those sold by MLS, and to accept any map. Enjoy!

Troubleshooting:
If the program does not announce the street names then ANSI Greek support is missing from your device.
Copy the included wince.nls to \Windows and then soft reset.

Note:
This is the real MLS Destinator! The one in the other thread is just the regular Destinator 8 with a skin and a non-working Greek voice.

I`ve installed in my ipaq hx2755 and I don`t see any difference with the Destinator 8 standard.
To me both are same!
I think because is a PRO version it have some better things but not.

Thanks very much for the app, though I have a problem that it makes it useless to me. I download and install it without problem. Though, when I click settings (ρυθμίσεις) it has 3 pages. I push "next" and it goes at next without leave from the first one. So I see the both pictures at same time, or all the 3 pictures.
I closed the programe and restarted it. This time I clicked only to map but it couldn't find my location. And then I couldn't close the application. I had to use the big button.
I use Samsung Omnia II (i8000). Could you help me solve this problem please or purpose me another programe to download that you know that would work for my phone?
