Installation:
1. PIPS_ v.1.5.2beta
2. Recommended to install OpenCGLIBRARYCommon_v1.01, OpenCLIBSSLCommon_v1.5.1 and SymbianOSSTDIOSERVER_v1.5.1 from archive.

whats the function of this app?

You need this libraries to start Quake 1,2,3, N-Gage application, some applications and games, ported from PC (like Super Tux, Tyrian and others).

After installing pips 1.5.2 I can't play anymore n-gage games. Every time i try to start a game it crashes... So I reinstalled Pips 1.3

it's system libraries, they wrote in English, but works on all s60v3 phones. You can't see them, it's not program, like QuickOfficeLM.

I installed PIPS_ v.1.5.2beta, then the other 3 files.
I'm sure that this is the problem because (for example) creatures of the deep NEVER crashed with "KERN-EXEC 3" (I don't remember the exact name...) while it was starting
After installing pips I tried to start Cratures of the deep, world series of poker and asphalt 3, and all gave me the same error. I downloaded with opera mini pips 1.3 from this forum and (without restarting my phone) I tried again these n-gage games, all worked fine, so the problem wasn't ram

Or maybe I had to install the files in a different order, or maybe in E (because I installed them in C)

So, all i can do - advice you to install PIPS 1.4, they are much better, then 1.3.
And this one can not work on your phone cause it's beta version.

After i installed it on my e51 in memory card, all the n-gage games still working fine !

They must not only work fine, they must work better then with pips 1.3 or 1.4.
But new beta version isn't compatible with some models like n73.

But in which way they work "better"?
The application, n-gage are faster, or what else?

Yes, all n-gage games are really work better and a bit more faster ! And it also work better on 5700 !

n-gage games may work a bit faster with pips 1.4.
And, for example, Quake 3 downloads with pips 1.4 much faster on n82 than with old one.

True,,using pips 1.5.2 made that game exited with that error,,also pro series golf exited with user 44, but it enables me to play BIA :D,, so i need to upgrade and rollback each time I need to play... BUT, when I use pips 1.5.7, it's just the same as 1.3, I can play that fishing game,, but gives me exec-3 error on BIA :(
