Does anyone notices that the number in the mailbox we setting inconsistent with the speed dial setting (normally is dial number '1'). It always said that 'Invalid Phone Number'

try to use the 'Device updates' in the 'Phone Management' to updated it (make sure you have wifi or data fixed plan and also back up it before update)

I tryed wifi update and with NSU but it sais there is no new version.
I also tried changing device no. but i still said v20 is the latest.
I think they temporarlly took it out or something

You try use directly phone to update firmware without connect the NSU... i updated my 5800 directly using phone.

How to remove it?

hi, anyone can answer zaq's question up there? i think i also need the answer because i need my upcoming 5800 to be able to read and write simplified/traditional chinese characters.

and by the way, is changing 5800 product codes the same way as changing a older s60 v3 phone's product codes? (ex. e51, e71)
