I have a problem with version 8.412 on my GO710. When the device is in night view, the screen flickers once a second or so. In daylight view everything is fine. It doesn't matter which map colors I use, the problems is still there. I have everything as standard as possible, I only use the device in x30 mode, which I like best.

TTUser reports having solved a similar problem in the release notes of 8.412, but I never had this problem before. This version seems to be very good, even docking is going well since a long time.

Does anyone have a clue? I looked through the forum, but could not find similar problem, so don't flame me if I overlooked something.

Is the flicker when it's running off the car charger ?

If so it's because the device is charging.

Once the device is fully charged the flicker will stop.

I see it already when it is not on the car-charger or the USB-dock.

It does one flash per second in a very regular interval, I have never seen this effect before.

I am very surprised that it is only in night view mode, even if I choose the daytime mapcolors in the night view mode.
